I mean, just how awful is the Long Beach inventory situation when this asthma shack goes Contingent for $500,000?
It looks like that brain-damaged clod with a wheelbarrow full of cash happened by.
Hopefully for the seller it makes it through escrow.
So is Goldman Sachs now running a R.E. Investment COmpnay or Mgmt Company?
