And by the way, while we're declaring moratoriums on foreclosures, poverty, drugs, layoffs and barking dogs, I want to declare a moratorium on the "priced to sell!!!" line that realtors, including this one, so often use in listing descriptions.
If it were truly "priced to sell," we wouldn't be reading their illiterate garbage for hundreds of days on end--the shitbox would have sold already!
