  3. 30 days until this is back to "Active"? Or will it be mysteriously taken off the market for a while....

    This has to be an offer from a knife catcher who thinks it is worth $400 -$426. The ONLY I think closes anywhere near $400 is if it an ALL CASH offer AND the bank accepts. That way, no appraisers are needed!!!

  6. Ignorance is indeed bliss. Sometimes I wish that I was as completely clueless as some of the folks that buy these homes and just go on about their lives without a care in the world. They dine out at La Creperie or Naples Sushi and are completely oblivious to the absolute madness going on around them. Is pure stupidity and cluelessness the answer to happiness? I wonder.
