Crack Shack or Mansion?

Via Denninger's blog, I just had to share this. If you thought Southern California's bubble was insane, it's nothing like Canada's massive, yet-to-implode real estate bubble.

And so I present to you: Crack Shack or Mansion?

The basic premise is: Can you tell the difference between a crack shack and a Vancouver, BC mansion, listed for one or two million dollars? Find out!

  2. I saw a foreclsoure listing in Belmont Shores yesterday.

169 Saint Joseph Avenue, Long Beach, Ca. Beachside of 2nd for 579K. Only looks like it needs about one to two hudred K to make it great.

I know its a forclosure, but is that really a bargain? The realturd said "That's the price of the land." It's been sitting for a week. Primo location, with a garage. What's your take.
