Interesting. Who can change that function on the listing? The listing agent only? I guess they could fake it to try and drum up interest as in "Hurry! Hurry! Won't last long!" kind of thing. But then in this market, anyone who can afford that price has probably done a LOT of research, and is laughing just as hard as we are at that asking price.
