Yet another RE in the LBC featured property sold!
Can you believe it?! And it went for the full asking price of $2,785,000!
Just kidding. It's still rotting on the market after 422 days.

WHEW!
ReplyDeleteYou scared me there LB.
BTW, take a look:

This is the February flipper I told you about in a comment on the "Volk You" property. Notice, he's decided to raise the price by $900 in response to the global economic meltdown. Very clever actually! Let's just pretend it's all a dream...there's no place like home...there's no place like home...
And right up against the 605. Nice!
ReplyDeleteAnd looking at the overhead map, several freeway-close homes have pools. WTF? Must be fun swimming in all that diesel soot.
I was totally faked out.
ReplyDeleteHeh heh.
ReplyDeleteSo last night we went out with some friends from the area. We are all fans and were sitting at dinner and discussing your blog. And it's settled...we all decided that we would really like for you to put out a new post every day. Yeah, I know what you're going to say....you are busy with your "real job" and your "family" and whatnot...
ReplyDeleteBut we really really like your blog and we're always waiting for new posts! So I don't know...maybe you could quit your day job or something? That way you could dedicate yourself to keeping us entertained! That's not too much to ask, is it?
Well, even if you can't...thanks anyways...you help to keep us laughing and informed while we wait for rock bottom!
Well, Katy, if this economy gets any worse, we'll all be out of jobs so I can update the blog daily and you and your friends will have more free time to read the posts. Win win!
ReplyDeleteThanks for the kind words and thank you for reading and commenting. I travel quite a bit for work, so it is rather difficult to post worthwhile posts every day.
I feel like with the state of the economy, more frequent posts featuring greed, humor, and yes, HOPE, are needed--so I'll work on it.
Half my time is spent seeking out good properties, so I'm very appreciative for the tips you send in.
