TS filed 4/29/10. Sale postponed, then I'm sure was eventually cancelled with no new NOD filed. Currently off the market, probably trying to modify $400K 1st TD. Problem is there's still some equity in it so likely will be denied.Anonymousnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-5140004705538204727.post-3771228736657269892011-06-01T09:23:42.812-07:002011-06-01T09:23:42.812-07:00sup El Bee, on a different note, I've been loo...sup El Bee, on a different note, I've been looking at some of the condos around town, in the downtown area, and am AMAZED by the HOA fines... buildings like "Blu" or "The Promenade" have fines of around $500 per month, and there is no pool, no jacuzzi....... so where the F is all that loot going?!?!?! I know we've talked about this in the past, but would love to get your musings about this again, in detail, and maybe welcoming comments. Just an update on MY situation - we've run into maajor bureaucracy problems with the city, on the assistance I am getting, and it is STILL sitting in escrow. Got any connections with the city?Mike in LBCnoreply@blogger.com
