Don't let the blatant attempt at a ...Hi Kelly,

Don't let the blatant attempt at a money-grab get you down -- there is an endless supply of superior homes in the vicinity and the bank will get nowhere near $620,000 for this dump.

It might not even get $500,000, which is about as low as it gets in the Shore.

Here's why: The bank took it back at auction for $392,000. That means none of the investors at auction believed it was worth that bargain basement price. This place must be one rancid piece of shit for that to happen.

Maybe I'll do a full post, but without interior photos to make fun of there wouldn't be much to talk about.el beehttps://www.blogger.com/profile/14187665973956068496noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-5140004705538204727.post-51844918270201564602010-03-22T16:56:50.225-07:002010-03-22T16:56:50.225-07:00I have no idea if you posted this yet but this rea...I have no idea if you posted this yet but this really, really pisses me off: http://www.redfin.com/CA/Long-Beach/107-Corona-Ave-90803/home/7596134Kellyhttp://pinkfu.comnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-5140004705538204727.post-12038975842700297312010-03-22T14:43:02.997-07:002010-03-22T14:43:02.997-07:00About the place on 6700 in Naples... if that plac...About the place on 6700 in Naples... if that place actually has over 6 thousand square feet, that is definitely something to consider.

As a comparison, the place on Alamitos Beach has only 3 thousand and some.

Not saying it's worth what they're asking, but just to point out, that 6700 square feet is pretty huge.Mike in LBCnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-5140004705538204727.post-39382303580847375382010-03-22T09:52:02.336-07:002010-03-22T09:52:02.336-07:00El Bee, threads like this are why I love you. My mom used to stay on 13th, and so this was just one street over, and we went and checked it out a few months back. Pretty effing sweet!!

As a Long Beach native who realizes how hard it is to get a good surrounding location, this place would be ideal.

If anyone out there wants to help me rob a bank, please let me know. I need 2 million asap!

Holla!Mike in LBCnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-5140004705538204727.post-18833846894265156622010-03-22T07:35:50.880-07:002010-03-22T07:35:50.880-07:00Seeing the same thing in the San Francico area.
